Favorite – LA REVUE DU VIN DE FRANCE
A native of Franche-Comté, Olivier Tropet is a trained oenologist. In 1998, he recovers the exploitation and the vines of his grandfather in the valley of the Rhone, with Roaix, with the foot of the Ventabren massif and with the east of the soil of Rasteau, a vineyard oriented east / south-east face at Mont Ventoux. In his early days, he delivers his grapes to the cooperative. In 2007, he decided to produce his first vintage at the estate. The wine comes from manually harvested plots, cultivated naturally, without weed killers and without chemical fertilizers. We follow Olivier Tropet for several vintages and each time. his wines seduce us by their correctness of tone.
